Charlotta Russell Obituary (1950 - 2022)

Charlotta Oline (Moses) Russell was born in New Madrid, MO on March 02, 1950; a daughter of Elmer and Ramie (Adney) Moses and youngest of 12 children. Charlotta was called home on Friday, June 10, 2022 at the age of 72. Charlotta was a lifelong resident of the Conway County area. She was a Christian and member of Harding Street Church of Christ in Morrilton, AR. Charlotta retired from Kroger Food Stores after 35 years. She enjoyed the beauty of nature and bird watching. She was an avid football fan; her favorite team was the Green Bay Packers. Charlotta's main priority and focus was her family. She spent as much time as she could visiting with her children and grandchildren. Charlotta will be missed fiercely and her memory will be treasured by those who loved her. Charlotta is preceded in death by her parents: Elmer and Ramie Moses husband of 42 years: Charles David Russell; and numerous siblings. Charlotta is survived by her son: David Allan Russell and wife Bridgette of Overcup, AR; daughter: Deborah Bolin and husband David of Atkins, AR; siblings: Jeanie Mauldin and husband Jim of Damascus, AR, Angie Shugart of Damascus, AR, Landen Moses and wife Judy of Benton, AR, Calvin Moses of Llano, Texas, Danny Moses and wife Kate of Little Rock, AR; two grandchildren; Hunter Bolin and Tyler Bolin of Atkins, AR; fiance of 9 years: Thomas Jay Williams of Atkins, AR; along with a host of many extended family and friends. Visitation for Charlotta will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022, 1:00 p.m. with Memorial Service following at 2:00 p.m. at Union Missionary Baptist Church, #5 Bruce Street, Morrilton, AR with pastor Charles Bane officiating.
