Faith Mallett Obituary (1944 - 2022)

Faith Ann Mallett, 78, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones on September 26, 2022. She was born on July 23, 1944, in Morrilton, AR a daughter to R.H. and Zella Mae Sims Williams. Faith Ann was a homemaker and devoted wife to her husband of 61 years, Robert Layne "Bob" Mallett. Faith Ann spent much of her spare time gardening and baking. Those around her loved her cooking as much as Faith Ann enjoyed cooking for others also. Her beautiful soul and precious smile will be missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Mallett is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband: Bob Mallett; three daughters: Lisa (Mike) Burks of Morrilton, Leslie (Mark) Holloway of Russellville, Stacey (Rowan) Rodgers of Heber Springs, sister: Jean Holsted of Plumerville. Faith Ann was a treasured Granny by her ten grand kids: Devin Beck, Lauren Beck, Morgan Roch, Jennasyn Scherry, Heather Dollar, Kayla Dollar, Jarred Holloway, Jake Holloway, Tanner Weckwerth and Sarah Weckwerth. In addition to her grand kids, Granny had ten great grandchildren that she loved and adored just as much. She made sure to try to spoil each of them any chance she got. "Granny" as she was known by everyone had the gift to gab and always spoke highly of her best friends: Geneva Tindall, Barbara Bradley, Lucretia Flowers, Faye Brown and Sue Warren.
