No services at this time Gregory Doyle Rayford, 70, passed from this life on August 6, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Catherine Rayford. He is survived by two daughters, Emily Simmons (JT) of Robertsdale Alabama and Amber Ferguson (Robert Jr) of Conway. Two brothers, Chip Rayford (Lucy) of Batesville, Stanley Rayford of Camden, and one sister. Six grandchildren, two nieces and three nephews. Greg was born in Alabama and moved to Arkansas as a child. He spent his early years along with his siblings, helping his parents manage and maintain Camden Country Club. At Camden High School he excelled in track and field. In later years, he would follow in his fathers footsteps and take up golf course management in East Camden and also becoming a master gardener. The only thing that surmounted his love for hunting and golfing with his friends was the passion that he had for anything involving his grandchildren. If you knew Greg you knew he loved spending time with friends and family, laughing and joking around. He was a generous person, though not having much, he had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need without expecting anything in return. He will be greatly missed.
