Howard loved to be outside spending time gardening and fishing. Howard is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his a daughters: Michele Parks and husband Tim; nephews: Liam Parks, Dustin Hubbard, Erik Moore and wife Melinda, Moe Hightower, Roger Moore and wife Karen; great-nieces: Tiffany Hubbard, Courtney Riley, Abagail Parks, Abbi Hubbard, Autumn Hubbard, Avereigh Hubbard, Deneise Hubbard and husband Ronald; grandchildren: Cody Fisher and wife Vanessa; great-grandchildren: Levi Fisher; friend: Deanna Gilbert. Private services will be held at a later date.
