Our Staff

Natasha Born

Natasha Born is a Funeral Director apprentice and office manager for Rosewood in Conway. She enjoys learning about the business and getting to work with families as they make their final preparations for their loved ones.

She is a graduate of Vilonia High School and lives in Vilonia with her husband and four kids. In her free time she enjoys camping and boating with her family and spending time with friends and believes in making memories over materialistic things. She looks forward to growing in the company and helping families of central Arkansas.

Jane Laymon

Jade Laymon is a Funeral Director and has been serving the families of Conway County and surrounding areas for over four years. Jade feels privileged to be able to provide professional service and honor her customers and their loved ones with compassion and dignity. She is proud to be a part of the Neal’s Rosewood Cremation & Funeral team and hopes to continue her career in directing.

She is a graduate of Russellville High School and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with an emphasis in Community Outreach from Arkansas Tech University. She is currently living in Atkins, AR with her three children. Her children are her passion but in her free time she enjoys visiting with friends, being outdoors, camping, fishing, and riding ATVs. She firmly believes in the importance of valuing those she is close to and letting them know their importance in her life.
She encourages families to realize the importance of preplanning and, during their time of need, promises she will be there to treat them as her own.
